I've been seing his ghostly representation on commercials recently with that British guy telling us that Billy really wanted us to use the power of oxygen with Oxyclean! Well I guess that didn't stop Billy from using the power of baking soda and oxygen (heated through a glass pipe) and mixed with the coca beans from sunny South America.
